This Sundays well-being walk takes us to Skirrid mountain, Abergavenny.

Date and time - Sunday 18th October meeting 08:50 to start walking at 9:00am.

We are meeting in the pay and display car park at the bottom.

This is a mountain walk with some steep gradients.

As always make sure you wear appropriate footwear and clothing, Bring snacks and a drink if you wish. Dogs are also welcome.

Location - Blue Lake, Ebbw Vale

Meeting point - On the Roundabout just up from Morrisons petrol station in Ebbw vale

Please be advised to bring the following

A towel or Changing robe
Old shoes , Crocs or Water shoes

A smile an open mind and a belly full of laughs

The water is now starting to get a little colder, Please come along surprise yourself and give it a go , you won’t regret it 🙌

Weekly group meeting information

Date and time - Thursday 15th October 6:30pm until 8:30pm

Venue - The Moose, Lower Coronation Street,Tredegar NP22 3JE ( Behind Tredegar Police Station )

What to expect - These weekly meetings are a good place to come for a chat, cuppa and to give or receive some peer to peer support if needed, this is a safe and non judgemental place where you can open up as much or as little as you like, even if you just want to take in conversations that’s absolutely fine.

Forming friendships is a byproduct of these meetings as over the course of time you get to know each other on a personal level and we find sometimes that we open up more to each other than we do to our family members.

Free refreshments as always ☕️

This Sundays well-being walk takes us to Beaufort Woodlands and Ponds.

Date and time - Sunday 11th October meeting 08:50 to start walking at 9:00am.

We are meeting in the car park of Beaufort Ballroom and taking the route through Brynmawr.

As always make sure you wear appropriate footwear and clothing, Bring snacks and a drink if you wish. Dogs are also welcome.
