The rescue ducklings have arrived from the owl sanctuary the sanctuary rescued them and did such a great job all of them survived all 7 of them they are still very small only 4 weeks old the 3 ducklings that we hatched are now 5 weeks and are huge in comparison the chick's are 6 weeks old and have moved into the chicken enclosure yesterday I was concerned about them joining the polish bantams but they have settled really well and the old brood are so tame they are mothering them we are looking for volunteers to help with the care of our animal therapy pets if you feel you can work as a team and you would like to call in and meet the team please message or pop in to the cabin for an informal chat everyone in One Life is a volunteer so no wages but you will gain in confidence you will meet and make new friends plus it will look great on any cv hope to see you soon even if you just want to come and meet the new pets please call in Monday to Friday from 9 till 2.30

We will be holding our car boots on a Monday and a Thursday arrive anytime before 9.45 opens at 10 am why not come in the cafe and have a cuppa or a cold drink while your there lots of bargains on offer please spread the word many bargains to be had

Car boot sale day where the Ebbw Vale Hill top social club car park Np23 6QG turn by the town multi storey car park up the hill straight across first roundabout right at second roundabout turn right into Darby crescent by hill top shops then take the 3rd turning left not including the shops car park you will see the signs car boot sale this boot sale is run by the Autism registered charity One Life please support your local car boot sale the charity supports the whole of Blaenau Gwent and surrounding areas the One Life cafe and toilets will be open only £3 a pitch for sellers.

Every Thursday there is a car boot sale at the log cabin in hilltop Ebbw Vale, np23 6qg.

Sellers from 9.30 (£3.00 for all vehicles)

Buyer from 10.30

Finishes at 2pm.

Rain or sunshine. If raining bring a gazebo as there will be someone there to help put it up.

There is a cafe we're tea's coffee's and hot food served and also toilets available.

Come grab some great bargains.

It has been agreed by a good few of our volunteers that are also trustees that we will be running a weekly car boot sale every Thursday proceeds will be shared between the One Life Autism Support Charity and the Hill Top Social club please spread the news come rain or shine if you don't mind the weather neither will we unless the car park is covered in snow so starting this coming Thursday cars arrive by 9.30 selling of items will start at 10.30 the cabin cafe and toilets will be open fresh food can be purchased all day no burger vans or ice cream vans please as you will be able to buy everything you need from the training Cafe cars: £6 vans: £10
