🌺❤️ A Special Visit to the Poppy Factory ❤️🌺

Our ladies enjoyed a lovely visit to the Poppy Factory in Richmond, learning about the incredible work that goes into making poppies and supporting veterans and their families. 🌺

It was a fascinating and meaningful visit, giving us a greater appreciation of the people behind this important work. A lovely day out shared with wonderful company! ❤️

A huge thank you to The Southsea Reel Club for visiting and giving us such an entertaining evening of Scottish dancing!

We had a fantastic time watching the dances, learning a little about the traditions and enjoying the wonderful atmosphere. There was plenty of laughter, fun and perhaps a few new dance moves learnt along the way! 💃🕺

Thank you to everyone from the Southsea Reel Club for sharing your enthusiasm and talent with us. We really appreciate you coming along and making it such an enjoyable evening.

We also celebrated 111 years of the WI and marked the occasion by wearing something purple or lavender with groups of three to mark the anniversary.

Congratulations to Marilyn on winning flower of the month.
