Transition Village Eastham & Bromborough An expanding community action group running and planning events for our community to get involved with for a healthier lifestyle.

Still in its infantsy TVEB is a community group with the aim of helping improve our local community through events and projects. All our members are volounteers who do this in their spare time. With sustainability being a key feature our projects are considered with the enviroment in mind, reducing our carbon footprint and using recycled materials wherever we can. Projects will include a 'grow you

r own' event to kickstart an ongoing plan for people to obtain vegetable seed growing kits, this will be a month on month project with a new vegetable each month enabling families to save on food costs and develope a healthier diet. Fund raising events will be held profits of which will be reinvested back into these projects making it sustainable. Funding applications have been made to bring facilities into the process and fund initial events and we hope to bring on board other selected charities and receive the backing from groups such as 'wirral partnership homes'.
