Ok weather been bad but we are expecting the boats to bring in a few Tuna...handled the Japanese way where pectorals are bled, for max drainage of blood in the meat, the fish is Reemed .all u need to know it is dispatched immeadiately, so no brusing takes place during transit in the open ocean. Sold to order in kilos,vacuum packed ,or gutted with head on as whole fish, or in loins . Prices range from R35.99 per kilo to R139.99 per Kilo ....depending on the cut of fish,packaging and quality. Also this product is a supply and demand product so prices will fluctuate on whole fish.
