All Ears Rabbit Rescue Based in North Nottinghamshire All Ears Rabbit Rescue is dedicated to caring for rabbits in need, open since 2013 All proceeds to the rescue.

We currently have 32 rabbits in the rescue, We desex (spay etc) all the animals that come into our care and they are all vaccinated too. We also have lots of rabbits with volunteers, these animals generally need more one to one support normally more intense medical care. All the bunnies are check over by our vets before we look for suitable homing, all the rabbits are either rehomed to go and live with another or they are bonded here and re-homed as a pair. All rabbits are happier living in a pair or a group

As schools get ready to go back this week, we’re asking everyone to think twice before bringing rabbits into the classroom. 🐰

Rabbits might look like the perfect school pet, but a busy classroom can be a stressful and frightening environment for a prey animal. They need space, companionship, quiet places to hide, and plenty of time to settle into their surroundings.

Regular handling by different children can also be unsettling, and caring for a rabbit properly takes commitment every day, including weekends and school holidays.

There are so many wonderful ways for children to learn about rabbits without keeping one in the classroom.

This school year, help us and put rabbit welfare first. 💜
