Fiona Motion led 13 of us on the Walk at Auchincruive today beside the River Ayr for part of the time. Stayed dry most of the time. The lovely walk was finished with a visit to the Clock Tower restaurant.

A lovely afternoon at our monthly meeting with author Lorraine Queen telling us all how she started writing short story leading to her book "Just one little pill". Her book is on sale in many bookshops and online with a sizable donation going to Cancer research.
