Chill Out Club Based in East Kilbride, we provide a social meeting place for adults affected by mental health issues. We are a warm and friendly group of people who care.

We meet for two hours on Tuesday afternoons
between 1:30 & 3:30 p.m. and provide a social meeting place for those affected by mental health issues. A safe haven from the strains and stresses of everyday life. As we are peers, we are able to understand and empathise with the kind of problems arising from poor mental health. Though none of us are professionals, there's always someone there for a qui

Spring is in the air and here at Healthy and Active we are 'gearing' up for the good weather. Our bikes are still available for hire, free of charge, so why not pop down and find out more or book a bike out for a ride. Bikes can be booked out for 30 days at a time and we have everything from teenagers bikes to e bikes.
Bikes can be collected from a Wednesday to a Friday. For more information please call 01355 571300.
