We’re delighted to introduce Darcey Russell.

New to ECHO Players and keen to explore a different side of theatre, Darcey has been shadowing director James throughout the rehearsal process as Assistant Director for Perfect Days.

From learning how a production comes together behind the scenes to supporting rehearsals along the way, this has been a brilliant opportunity to gain experience in a whole new aspect of theatre-making.

We’re so pleased to have Darcey as part of the team 💛

As director, James has been guiding this production from first read-through to final rehearsals, shaping every moment of Liz Lochhead’s sharp, funny and heartfelt story.

This marks James’ first time directing with ECHO Players, and we’re delighted to have him leading Perfect Days to the stage.
