⏰ The class will run from 11.15-12.00 and will continue to be run by our fabulous instructor Bip.

What is Chair Exercise?
🪑 “Chair Exercise” is a friendly, music-based class designed to gently build strength, improve posture, and increase flexibility, mobility, and stamina. Suitable for all abilities, it supports confidence, independence, and overall wellbeing, and is led with care by an experienced instructor.

THANK YOU! ✨
This true to scale model of the third East Grinstead main Station Building, was kindly loaned to us by Tony a member of the East Grinstead Model Railway Club and has been enjoyed by members and visitors to Glen Vue over the last week.
The station building was opened on the 3rd August 1882, and was in service until it was demolished in 1971.
We often have displays of art, and items of interest for people to view when visiting us, so do come down see what else we do. There is always cake and refreshments, if not. 🍵🍰
