We are pleased to announce that wonderful wellness coach and yoga instructor Danni is offering a selection of yoga classes running four days a week from the School Studio at Peredur:
Strength and Flexibility Flow:
Monday and Wednesday 6.30 to 7.30pm
Power Flow:
Tuesday 6.30 to 7.30pm
Nurturing Flow:
Thursday 6.30 to 7.30pm

Posted • is hosting their wonderful winter event, we are looking forward to this year’s festival - our fabulous students will be performing together with a bunch of great kids - some of which have been performing in the Winter Festival with us year on year! They are getting pretty professional!
And this year’s additional attraction is the ‘Star-Whisperer’.... I can’t divulge more...
