The pot is filling up slowly but it has to be full before we can exchange it.
Please don’t forget us as you arrive back from your holidays with any currency that you are unable to exchange for sterling yourselves.

So many of us still have foreign currency left over from trips abroad that remains lingering in drawers or cupboards for years on end. Please help by donating your foreign, old sterling or Irish coins and notes to our new collection pot at the NSPCC shop. We can exchange all of this for cash, please help 💰💷

Yet again, our lovely volunteers have been greeted with fly tipping outside our door!
If there is a scrap metal merchant near by you would be welcome to pick up the broken wheelchair - please!?
Our recycling/ rubbish collections can cost us up to £600 a month, which is a huge chunk out of our fundraising efforts. Please consider what you are leaving for us. We so appreciate the wonderful donations that are so kindly brought in for us but these incidents are nothing more than fly tipping and can be so depressing for our ladies to arrive to.

The fundraising continued today at the Annual RNLI Duck Race held at Dyserth Waterfalls. Chris Ward and her team of volunteers Selma, Annora, Brenda, Dilys & Kate organised a Tombola stall for the adults and special Lucky Bags for the children. It proved very popular and they raised a great deal for our wonderful NSPCC. Thank you ladies for your hard work, you’re all amazing! 🤗💕

Glorious sunshine yesterday as our lovely volunteer Madeleine Edwards braved the challenge set by the Rotary Club to abseil the tower at St. Asaph Cathedral.
Many of us have already sponsored her to do this but there is still time to add your name to this list if you wish!
All proceeds are to be shared between St. Kentigern’s Hospice and the NSPCC so both very worthwhile causes.
