1st Dymchurch Scout Group are looking at starting preparations for the Day of Syn Bank Holiday events and would like to ask if anyone has any empty screw top wine bottles they would be able to donate to the group we would be very grateful.

1st Dymchurch Scout Group would like to say a huge thank you to all the leaders, young people and volunteers for their hard work this weekend to make the Christmas Craft Fair a successful one. To the stall holders thank you for bringing your wares and to Santa for visiting and spending time to see the young people.

We were aware there were a few events on the same day and the weather was awful however you still came to support the group and for that we are truly thankful.

Today the young people of 1st Dymchurch Scout Group, along with the leaders and volunteers, attended Dymchurch remembrance parade to pay their respects to those fallen for their country.
1st Dymchurch would like to thank the British Legion and all the volunteers who worked hard to organise it and keep all those who attended safe.

We are also fundraising on our gofundme site for Sponsorship opportunities, and charitable donations to help run and support this event.

1st Dymchurch Scout Group are proud to announce this year's Christmas Craft Fair for you to come along and purchase some gifts for others or treats for yourself and support the young people at the same time.

There will be craft stalls, games, hot and cold drinks and mince pies as well as a visit my a certain seasonal celebrity.

Wow what an amazing week at kent International Jamboree. Our young people truly showed how respectful and helpful they are as a group and how to party.

Im sure they are all exhausted and looking forward to their own beds but have a lot of stories to tell.

Thank you to the leaders and volunteers who helped with making this happen for them and im sure they Gre all looking forward to KIJ 2029.
