We would just like to say a big thank you to everyone who called into the Rainforest cafe during Spring and Summer. As we close for the colder months we look forward to seeing you all again next Spring. The plant nursery is still open for those last minute gap fillers, site is still open for woodland walks, and you can of course bring your own picnics to enjoy in our beautiful nature filled setting.

Just a shout out to say that the site, cafe and Plant Nursery will be shut tomorrow (22nd July) as Northern Powergrid are shutting off power for the day in DH7 area to do some work.

Awwww… you let us down. Our lads are really upset and angry that after all the effort of fund raising, building and running the new rainforest cafe, some of you have helped yourselves and walked off without paying. We do have cameras and we know who you are, but please, stealing from a charitable concern that works with vulnerable people is just the lowest of the low isn’t it! If there are no more of our delicious home grown tomatoes out for you to buy then you know that there are people in your community to blame 😡 (we wouldn’t have minded if you stole the courgettes 😂😂😂)
