Felt like a big one today, not to bothered about the time or the distance even though my brain made me stop at a round number before my cool down. But it was raining start to finish and I was soaked through. It was all about the grind and finishing my run as I planned it. Nice one today, up the old railway track, along a few busy roads and then into the woods to finish.
