Today is World Mental Health Day 💚

At Men Together, we see how much a sense of belonging can mean. A kickabout, a quiz night or a simple conversation can be the start of something special.

Men become teammates. Teammates become friends. Friends become family.

If you’re finding things difficult, you don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. You deserve support, friendship and somewhere you feel welcome.

Check in on your mates, make time for yourself and remember that asking for help takes courage.
