Girls grow confidence at Girlguiding. They’re up to 23% more confident than girls in the UK on average, and 3 times more likely to have done something good for their local community or environment.

Your daughter has the chance to take part in new activities, play games and earn badges, all while being supported by trained volunteer who give up their time for free.

5th Dunstable Rainbows enjoyed exploring the gardens at The Square Methodist Church Dunstable and searching for bees and butterflies as part of their July meeting.

They are working on their Make change (orange) skill builder and their bee 🐝 rescuer badge. The gardens were lovely and full of pollinators friendly flowers. We are hoping to get involved in the garden in the autumn and plant some more flowers and plants. 🌸🌼

Volunteers, come up and check the new uniform out tomorrow.
We are still waiting on rangers and leaders as the shipments have been delayed into HQ, but rainbow, brownie and guide is available.

New uniform launch event for volunteers. Come join us at Windy Sayles on Tuesday 28 July at 7pm.
Parents, we will hold an event for all current and new parents later in the summer, closer to returning to meetings. Just a reminder that current uniform doesn't need to be replaced until you move sections (e.g. rainbows to brownies) unless you really want to.
Shop will reopening fully in September but email orders can always be taken.
