Welcome to everyone who has joined Duns & District U3A for 2026 - 2027. It was lovely see old and new members at our enrolment morning today. If you haven't joined any groups, look on our website, there's a wide variety to choose from, something for everyone
Our first monthly Open Morning is on Tuesday 20th October, it's free for members and just £1 for guests.
Look at the poster for detail, it promises to be a really interesting topic

Seriously proud of my U3a Arts and Crafts group ladies!
A few months ago I showed them how to knit corner to corner to do the baby blanket pattern for bereaved parents that Sands - baby loss charity need.
Look what I am about to put in the post !!
Thanks to everyone who contributed, especially Tracey who apparently can now do the pattern with her eyes closed 😎

Another new group for next session!
Who fancies being a Duns Diner?
Purely social group meeting up for lunch, coffee or afternoon tea? Maybe even dinner now and then? Idea is meet once a month at venues we decide and I book then we sort out our own food and drink. We should be able to lift share if we need to but probably stay local in winter months.
Anyone interested?
Xx
