Today has been a very sad day for our Smileawi family. Our colleague and friend Ali Lughombe was laid to rest in Chitipa after losing his life in an accident.
Ali was one of our Smileawi students who graduated with a diploma in dental therapy from the College of Health Sciences in Lilongwe and since graduating has worked tirelessly to improve the oral health in his community. We would like to send our heartfelt condolences to his family and friends and to all the Smileawi family who are struggling to come to terms with his loss. đŸ’”đŸ’”May he rest in peace.
