❄️BALTIC - PRINCIPAL AUDITIONS❄️
Tuesday 18th August - Dunlop Village Hall
Participants aged 12 - 17 years old can only attend if they have pre-registered for a principal role. This is not an open audition. Children and youth registration has closed as we are at maximum capacity.
Participants aged 18 and over are welcome to attend from 7:45pm till 9pm.
This will be a singing audition. You can choose from one of the pieces below:

🎵Walking on Sunshine - Katrina & The Waves
Character Descriptions:
⛄️SNOWBALL – Part of the narrator duo. The wiser mentor figure who guides Snowflake. (Potential Singing Role)
⛄️SNOWFLAKE – Younger apprentice of Snowball. Cheeky, feisty, and full of energy. (Potential Singing Role)
⛄️HANNAH – Principal girl. Initially shy and lacking confidence, but driven by a strong sense of justice. (Singing Required)
⛄️OLEG – Hannah’s best friend. Chaotic, daft, and high‑energy. (Singing Required)
⛄️ELLA – The baddie! Determined to rule the world and will stop at nothing. (Singing Required)
⛄️NANNY – Dame. Larger‑than‑life, flirty, and full of audience interaction. (Singing Required)
⛄️KRIS – Principal Boy with a twist. Also plays Steve until the final scene — needs a clear distinction between the two characters. (Singing Required)
⛄️STEVE – Almost silent role relying heavily on facial expressions and physical comedy. A little cheeky.
⛄️KING TROLL – Smaller role. Thinks he’s in charge but is actually quite d***y.
⛄️QUEEN TROLL – Smaller role. Maternal figure to the younger trolls. (Singing Required)
⛄️JACK & FROSTY – Ella’s henchmen. Scared only of Ella!
