A ground-floor, empty room, or rooms? A little land with access for us to place a sizeable shed or container? Any other ideas?

We have been working towards and privileged to welcome, new members in the last few years, from preteens to 70s: as performers, musicians, stage crew, tech crew, costume-makers, writers โ giving opportunities to belong to something fun, creative, social and a place to belong all year round.
With nowhere to store our resources, we had to dispose of set and costumes, and then buy and/or remake for other shows. This not only has a huge impact on our expenditure - especially something the size of a panto - compared to other groups who have a โhomeโ.๐
It's also so unnecessarily wasteful. And unsustainable in every way. In turn, this then limits all we are able to invest in our membersโ opportunities, and the community.
It all comes down to having a reasonably-sized, dry, ground-floor, space where we can keep wooden set pieces safely, and costumes away from damp and pests.
