⚽A huge shout out to our amazing Recreational Football Ladies! ⚽

Tonight we had 14 women on the pitch, enjoying the game, sharing plenty of laughs, and creating the kind of banter that makes recreational football so special.

It’s not about winning leagues or being the best player on the pitch – it’s about getting active, building confidence, making friends, improving wellbeing, and having fun in a welcoming and supportive environment. Every session is filled with encouragement, teamwork, and lots of smiles.

Whether you’ve never kicked a ball before, haven’t played for years, or just want to try something new, you’ll be made to feel right at home.

⚽🌧️ A great taster of what’s to come at our Summer Camps!

We kicked things off today at our One Day June Camp with loads of activity for all ages, and even managed to power through a mini monsoon! 🌧️

Our younger players enjoyed Mini Kickers & Soccer Centre sessions, while the older group got stuck into 1v1s, 2v2s and high-energy small-sided games
We then ramped up the fun with a series of challenges:

🎯 Rebound-to-score
⚽ Penalty shootouts
🎯 “Nothing But Net” & Crossbar challenges
… and plenty more!

And of course, it wouldn’t be a Pars Foundation Camp without finishing the day with a competitive small-sided tournament 🏆

If today is anything to go by, our Summer Camps are going to be unmissable!

Every week so far has been great with an amazing group of people coming together for good food and great conversation, its been a pleasure hosting this and giving something to everyone that helps in a different way! You could be apart of it!

Every Tuesday from 1pm–3pm, we open the doors for a free hot meal, a chance to meet others, and a welcoming space where everyone can feel comfortable and included.

Whether you’re looking to:
• Share a meal
• Meet others in the community
• Or simply get out the house for a couple of hours
• Enjoy a meal to relieve some financial burden.
