Some of you that follow my page may be wondering what is my goal in this?

I seen a project online that happened down south last year, and it left me with goosebumps. Remembering those who had lost their life to su***de. It made me start thinking that I haven’t seen any “in person” events. More so just a Facebook status that we can share, but nothing in person and interactive.

This left me thinking that I want to change that, I want to bring prevention of su***de to life, to show people that life is hard but supports are available, via many different platforms and charities.

If my event saves even one life, then I have succeeded!

First of all apologies I have been a bit MIA recently. I have been busy with my personal life and working, but now it’s time to start planning and getting things in to action.

I will also be looking at organising another meeting with Neil, the kinsgate centre manager in the near future, those who have confirmed they will be available on the dates are more than welcome to come along and input ideas!

Hi all!

Apologies the page has been quiet recently!

After the new year I’ll be starting to ramp up the planning, I’ll also be creating an email address solely for this project.

In the meantime, I know that Christmas can be very difficult for some, please if this is the case for you, look after yourself and be gentle to yourself.

There is support out there for you if you need it.

Have a nice hot bath, watch some feel good movies with your cosy pyjamas on, speak to a friend, cuddle your little furry pets, go for a walk, or a drive!

If anyone is struggling tomorrow, my inbox is open, however I am not a trained mental health professional, with that being said I can listen to you and your thoughts.

Merry Christmas everyone, and I hope you all have a fantastic new year ✨

So incredibly grateful for the follows and likes!

6-7th of September 2025, kingsgate shopping centre there will be a mental health/su***de prevention event.

This will be to bring light to a difficult topic and also to remember those who has sadly lost their life due to mental health.

The manager at the kingsgate (Neil) and myself are extremely excited to be working together on this, we have a multitude of amazing ideas that we can’t wait to share in due course.

I do not have any mental health training, so I will attach some helpful numbers for people to call if they feel they need too.
