Cheers from October’s Brew Club!

Tonight saw us welcome Matt Alexander to his first club night. Yet another American joins our ranks! USA! USA!

Highlights included the “Battle of the NZIPAs” between Michael Hassall and Chris Hainey , both using the Crossmyloof Brew NZ Punch hop mix; and the long awaited return of Mo Chit - Chris Hall ‘s Thai Saison!

We also sampled a witbier, a dunkelweizen, an 80/-, 2 sours, 3 stouts, and a Belgian blonde.

Next Brew Club is Thursday 5th November at 7:30pm at CANVAS . We hope to see you there!

Do you homebrew or are you interested in brewing your own b**r (or w**e, mead, c***r etc)? Are you interested in meeting likeminded people for good company and even better b**r?

Dundee Brew Club meets on the 1st Thursday of the month, 7:30pm at CANVAS and we would love to see you there. Our next meeting is a week today, Thursday 1st October.

Since last month’s club some of our members have built a keezer, added a bottling device to an existing kegerator, picked loads of apples for c***r and sampled plenty of our own home brewed b**r (one of which has Roberto Baggio’s approval)

September Brew Club was a success!

4 sours (3 of them cherry, including a side by side of Chris Hall ‘s 2025 and 2026 versions) and 3 stouts dominated proceedings.

We also saw a saison and the 120min IPA clone after another month of conditioning!

August brew club tonight! We had a hefeweizen, a witbier, a Citra single hop blonde, 2 saisons (one rhubarb, one coffee & orange), a pale ale, an imperial stout and, unusually for us, 3L of Will’s apple juice!

Oh, and we also had a Dogfish Head 120 Minute IPA clone by Chris Hall - check out the last photo for Steve Paterson ‘s reaction!

July’s Brew Club, you were wonderful!!

We had 3 hefeweizens, 2 c***rs and 2 saisons this month, so it must be summer!

Other highlights included a margarita sour, a mango sour, a wee heavy, coconut impy stout and a hazy pale.

Thanks to everyone who came along to brew club last night, including our American guests.

Beers included an Altbier, a golden ale, a hazy pale, a hefeweizen and a peppercorn saison. We also tasted a delicious apple and pear c***r.
