Mental Health Week reminds us that support, connection, and compassion can make all the difference. 💙

This week at :
• 21 people accessed our drop-in service
• We responded to 26 requests for help outwith the drop in
• 2 individuals were supported through crisis situations

Behind every number is a person reaching out, often at one of the hardest moments in their life. We’re proud to stand alongside people facing homelessness, addiction, poor mental health, and other challenges — helping to break cycles and build futures.

No one should have to struggle alone.

We've had a busy month at our drop-in. Some of the work our volunteers have supported include:

Signposted participants to specialist organisations - including addiction services and crisis services
Provided advice on indiviudals rights
Helped to fill in various forms including (ADP and Universal Credit applications)
Supported participants to access temporary accommodation
Provided advice on where to access food in Dundee
Supported with crisis grant applications
Provided access to technology
AND
we managed to have a lovely community christmas lunch
