Swapping the sports kit for sparkles ✨

Last night Jon our club coordinator and Gemma our vice chair had the honour of attending the Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisation Charity Awards in Glasgow on behalf of the club.

We were lucky enough to be shortlisted for small charity of the year, in such an amazing category full of organisations who are making big differences for their local community we were delighted to receive a highly commended award for our work providing inclusive sporting opportunities to those in Tayside and beyond!💙

Thanks so much to Council for Voluntary Organisation for inviting us to such a wonderful evening celebrating the voluntary and charity sector across Scotland!

Volunteer recruitment event

On Thursday, we attended the Dundee Volunteer and Voluntary Action (DVVA) annual volunteer recruitment and celebration event. It was a fantastic day, and we attracted lots of attention from potential volunteers as well as other local organisations who stopped by to chat with us and see what the club is all about! We are incredibly excited to expand and enhance support for this volunteer-led club.

GMac’s Cycling Diary

We started our week at Triple locations on Saturday with our usual sessions at Dawson Park and myself and Kevin attended the official launch of Pedal Together Angus at Monikie Country Park. It was great to see the park busy and the bikes were being enjoyed by the riders. It's always a nervous time whenever a new activity launches, both Laura and Stefan from Angus Alive didn't show any signs, and as the people arrived the bikes began to roll....

Showing just how our club provides participants with good quality coaching. Our Waterfront sessions were back and our rides were enjoyable along the waterfront in some amazing weather.
