One of our wonderful artists Alison Price Artworks is current Master of Fine Art student Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design, University of Dundee. She is looking for people that have experienced stroke or brain injury and would be interested taking part in some practical drawing sessions to inform her work looking at how drawing can help in recovery. Heading into the weekend, we wanted to share this terrific photo of many of our fantastic volunteers when they met at V&A Dundee recently.

The event was run to provide volunteers with a chance to share their experiences, celebrate achievements and plan for the year ahead.

Delighted to report that we now have 90 volunteers working in various roles from Community Connectors and group volunteers to Weekly Telephone Call volunteers. Coming out of COVID we had 30.

Many thanks to everyone who gives their time to support stroke survivors, their loved ones and carers. We need more help in Irvine, Prestwick, West Lothian, Perth and Inverness.
