Support for Father's

We are here for you in the run up to Father's Day and on the day itself with extended opening hours:

Helpline opening hours

Monday - Friday 10am-3pm
Tues, Weds and Thurs evenings 6-9pm
Father's Day, Sunday 21 June 10am-12pm

Alongside our general support options, we also have tailored support for men, which includes a dedicated men's support group on Facebook and monthly online support meetings

With Mother's Day approaching, we understand that this can be a difficult time for mums and anyone affected by pregnancy or baby loss. We are here to support you.

The lead up to Mother's Day can be full of mixed emotions as much as the day itself. It's important that you take the time to look after yourself and do what is right for you.

Tayside NHS has advised us of the forthcoming Children's Service. Also, they are looking for 2 volunteers to light the central candle at the beginning of the service and read a few words.
