🎶 Important Update for the Accordion & Fiddle Club Members 🎻

Hello everyone,

We hope you are all well. We wanted to inform you that there will NOT be a meeting in May. Rest assured, we will announce the details of our next gathering in due course.

A big thank you to everyone who has contributed their time and efforts to help get the Accordion & Fiddle Club off the ground. Your involvement is greatly appreciated and we're excited to see what the future holds!

Dundee Accordion and Fiddle Club Night - 2nd April

Join us at the Dundee Accordion and Fiddle Club for an evening of trad music and community spirit on Tuesday, 2nd April. Doors open at 7 PM, with performances starting at 7:30 PM.

What’s Happening:

We are raising more funds, having a true variety of music provided by our local bands and talent.

Raffle: Try your luck at our raffle. We're looking for prize donations, so if you'd like to contribute, please get in touch.

This event is for everyone, whether you're a musician or just love live music. It’s a great opportunity to enjoy some quality tunes and meet people with similar interests.

Accessibility: if you are driving, please report to reception with your number plate to avoid a car parking charge.

Get Involved: Interested in helping out? We could use a hand with the raffle.

Hi Folks, Iain here! Wow! I cannot believe the incredible support we got for the launch of the Dundee Accordion & Fiddle Club. Well, in a way, I can, after meeting original members who are just so passionate about the music. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart to everyone who was there and for getting this off the ground. We now have a proof of concept here, and it can only get better over time. It was a lot of work to put this together and I can't wait to collaborate with more folk who are keen to make Dundee a hub for our kind of music.

Special thanks to Graeme and Magdalena Mackay, Gill Simpson, Ian Anderson, Nicola Braid and Gordon Haddow , my dad, Doug who helped with setting up PA and sound equipment, My mother Mairie for directing folk at the door, and to all the other fantastic players and folk who came to attend and support the first night.

I hope we managed to make you all feel welcomed and included. With best wishes ❤️
