This year we were lucky enough to be the charity selected by a lovely group of pupils from St.Pauls as part of the youth philanthropy initiative -
This initiative is set up in order to empower young people to make a difference in their local communities.
The group at St.Pauls went above and beyond in every part of the journey.
Connecting with clients, staff and volunteers. Participating in activities, demonstrating a kind and caring approach to each and every client.
The group brightened up clients day each time they attended.
We were kindly invited to the final
And we were so proud of the work the group put into their presentation.
I’m so happy to say THEY WON 🥇 🥇
This means our centre was awarded £3000.00 - this means the world to everyone at Dundee age concern.
The girls also decided to raise additional funds by organising a sponsored walk
We are so grateful for their effort and hard work. And we can’t to celebrate with each of them

We are absolutely delighted to say a huge thank you and congratulations to the incredible group of pupils from St Paul's RC Academy who chose Dundee Age Concern as their charity for the YPI project and successfully won us an amazing £3,000.

Your hard work, passion, and belief in supporting older people in our community truly means so much to us. We are so grateful that you chose to support our charity.

We’re currently looking to fill 2 Care Assistant positions and would love to hear from caring, reliable people who want to make a real difference

Positions available:

• Care Assistant
– 24 hours per week

• 6-month fixed-term Care Assistant – 24 hours per week

Pay: £12.21 per hour (increasing to
£12.71 from April 1st)
