Here, a parent shares the incredible progress her son, who has suspected ASD, has made with the support of his teacher, Maria, who is also one of our trustees.

From facing challenges with reading to growing in confidence and making remarkable progress, his journey is a wonderful example of what can be achieved when children are understood, supported and encouraged to reach their potential.

Stories like these remind us why autism awareness, inclusion and early support are so important.

Thank you to this family for sharing their experience and allowing us to celebrate their sonโ€™s achievements. โœจ

A huge thank you to Cheryl for completing an amazing 18 miles at the Aberdeen Kiltwalk today in support of the charity. ๐Ÿ’™

Weโ€™re incredibly grateful for her dedication, support and fundraising efforts. Every mile walked and every pound raised helps us continue supporting autistic children, young people and their families.

A massive thank you to everyone who joined us for our sponsored walk across the Tay Bridge and back today. ๐Ÿ’™

A special thank you to Maria and Emma for organising the day. Even when the rain started falling, everyone kept going with smiles on their faces.

Your support means so much to us. Every step taken, donation made and message of encouragement helps us continue the work of the charity and support autistic children, young people and their families.

We are incredibly grateful to have such an amazing community behind us. ๐Ÿ’™โœจ

We are very excited about our sponsored walk next Sunday 7th June! Weโ€™ll be walking across the Tay Road Bridge and back to raise money for a great cause.

A huge thank you to Emma for organising the event and making it all possible.

If you happen to see us along the way, please say hello. And if you have any spare pennies, we would be very grateful for a donation - every little helps! ๐Ÿ˜Š

We are delighted to share that another incredible supporter from Blackness Primary School has signed up to take on not one, but two Kiltwalk challenges in aid of the charity.

๐Ÿšถโ€โ™€๏ธ Aberdeen Kiltwalk โ€“ 7th June (18 miles)
๐Ÿšถโ€โ™€๏ธ Dundee Kiltwalk โ€“ 16th August (20 miles)

Having seen first-hand the positive impact our charity has made by helping create a sensory space within her school, Cheryl has chosen to give back and help us continue supporting autistic children and young people.

Funds raised will help us provide sensory resources, calm kits, nurture spaces, and other materials that support schools and families across our communities.

You can check out Cherylโ€™s JustGiving page below:-

Any share or donation, however small, is so appreciated.

We wish Cheryl the very best for both Kiltwalks. Thank you for helping us make a difference. ๐Ÿ’™

We were delighted to donate sensory resources to St John Vianneyโ€™s Nursery in Edinburgh following a very kind gift donation made to the charity by St Francis Primary School in Dundee.

The nursery shared how important sensory support is within early years environments and the positive impact these resources will have on their young learners.

We are incredibly grateful for the ongoing support from our community, which allows us to continue supporting schools and children across Dundee and beyond. ๐Ÿ’™

Weโ€™re so looking forward to welcoming families along to our next Hub Session.

Our hub sessions are all about creating a calm, supportive and understanding space where families can connect, children can play and everyone can feel welcome.

Thereโ€™ll be sensory activities, a relaxed atmosphere, tea & coffee, and a chance to meet other families who just get it.

Whether youโ€™ve been before or are thinking of coming along for the first time, weโ€™d love to see you there.

On Monday, we had the pleasure of visiting Blackness Primary School to receive the amazing ยฃ415 raised through the marathon completed by Headteacher Vicky Taylor ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ

We were also so touched to hear that the schoolโ€™s Enterprise Group had independently raised a further ยฃ297 for the charity through selling homemade lemonade and hot chocolate โ˜•๐Ÿ‹ What a thoughtful and inspiring achievement from such kind young people.

Every donation helps us continue creating supportive, sensory-friendly spaces for children and families, and we are so grateful for the continued support from the whole Blackness community.

Thank you again to Vicky for inviting us along and to every pupil, staff member, and family who helped make this possible ๐Ÿ’™
