We had a great night at our Dundee Time and Place class last night. Some members brought along family heirlooms of World War II which they shared with the group. Keith brought along the gas mask which he used as a baby. Thanks to everyone for their contributions - was a very interesting evening 😀

We have huge interest in a lot of our classes this term, but a class that consistently sells out quickly is our Jewellery class. This term, due to the high demand, our tutor Stephanie has kindly added in a second class (now also fully booked), and we are looking forward to getting started with it on Monday evening. Our History group returns this week. 😀

We are following the lives of a Dundee family during World War 2 while Dad is in the forces, looking at how Mum manages with ration books and clothing coupons. Some members are bringing along family memorabilia of that time period, so if anyone has anything they'd like to share, we'd love to see it!
