Heart Space is Dundee's only charitable Yoga studio that offers more than 50 classes a week to people of all ages and abilities with 1/3 of this offering being free community classes and our Pay What You Can donation model. THIS Saturday you can join us, 23-30May, in Gocek, Turkey. 30 mins from Dalaman.

We have one room left, sharing or single occupant. It’s only a few days away and the flight prices are half what we paid 🤦🏻‍♂️

Did you know we have 5 membership options for you? Ranging from shorter contract of 3 months, to paying for annual upfront saving 2 months membership price.

Having a membership offers full access to our in studio classes, online livestream classes plus our media library (*off peak time restrictions). Other perks apply!

💜LEGACY Membership £85 per month, 3 month rolling contract, allows a pause on membership, includes 2 guest passes per month, free tote or notebook, full access, 20% of workshops, 10% off massage

❤️ UNLIMITED Membership £70, 6 month rolling contract, full access, 10% off massage and workshops. Qualifies for concession price (see website for more info)

🩵OFF PEAK Membership £50, 6 month rolling contract, access Mon-Fri 6.30am-4.30pm plus ALL weekend classes. 10% off massage and workshops

💚 STUDENT MEMBERSHIP £35, monthly rolling contract, full access, 10% off massage and workshops

🩷 ANNUAL Membership £700, saves £140 over the year, full access, 10% off massage and workshops. Does not auto renew. Qualifies for over 60y/o concession.

ALL memberships include free mat hire if needed. Plus all memberships have 7 days ahead of others to book classes, so you can book 21 days in advance as opposed to 14 days for non members making sure you get that space in your favourite class!

Full terms and conditions apply including a no show/late cancelled fee of £6 per missed class *If cancelled within 6hrs of class.

(For comparison other studios around Scotland charge £100 or more per month for membership!!!)

SPRING ENERGY workshop with Maureen
Saturday 16 May 1-3pm

Twist & Flow - a spring energising practice. Includes a refreshing lemon ginger tisane after.

Join Maureen for a workshop focusing on deep spinal rotation to stimulate abdominal organs and help with digestion and lymphatic flow. 

You can expect a combination of long holds with lots of props, and creative heat building flow sequence of standing twists, balances and playful transitions. We will explore the concept of 3D spiral sequencing to access functional movement  of the spine shoulders and hips. 
Variations  and modifications for all levels. 

A refreshing and energising lemon ginger tisane will be provided at the end of practice.

Price: £25 (member discounts apply)
