Heart Space is Dundee's only charitable Yoga studio that offers more than 50 classes a week to people of all ages and abilities with 1/3 of this offering being free community classes and our Pay What You Can donation model. Whether you are looking to join one of our relaxing Hatha classes; dynamic and energizing Power Vinyasa Yoga classes or looking to take some time for yourself at our therapy ce

ntre, Heart Space Dundee has something for you. Yoga is suitable for all ages, ability and condition and Heart Space Dundee is dedicated to bring regular weekly classes, workshops, community events and on site workshops to the communities of Tayside. Please help share and tag!

Our community outreach team have been hard at work and ahead of a schedule reshuffle we are looking for community groups, local management groups, support groups, and charity partners that would be interested in working with us.
We are able to host sessions at Heart Space in the west end of Dundee but can also travel.
At the moment we have space for chair based yoga, meditation, pre/post natal classes, and younger years sessions. We don’t have the bandwidth for one-off taster sessions but will prioritise 6/8 week blocks of classes and have some capacity for the creation of permanent classes too!

Join Alan & Finlay in Orlando 11-18 October for 7nights bed, breakfast and yoga. Following yoga on the lanai (poolside) each morning we will head to Walt Disney World.

This is a different kind of retreat. A retreat where you can be present but also let your inner child run free.

The wonder of classic Disney is mixed in with state of the art technology and immersion to bring your favourite Disney stories to real life. As well as the parks we are swimming with manatees in their natural habitat!

We have been actively changing our strategy to fundraising and have been making connections all around Dundee. We are sharing about the over 10,000 participants in our projects last year and our visions for the future. This has put us in front of some great people! This week we were awarded £5000 from the McDonalds In The Community Foundation!
We will be updating the website with our new supporters over the next couple of weeks!

You can feel this happy after our latest Takeover Tuesday. Starting 7.45pm tonight and every Tuesday in June, join Alan for Barre & Sculpt Fusion. Each week has a new music themed playlist and when it was on schedule in April they were pretty much fully booked each time. In fact tonight’s ABBA-tastic class has only 1 space left!
