Our Community Listening Service Volunteers support people who are struggling with challenges in their lives. They listen to stories of bereavement, illness, relationship breakdown, loss, and so much more.

Here’s why they do it:

“It gives me a sense of purpose.”
“I want to do something worthwhile for others in the community”
“Seeing patients leave happier and in a much better, stronger place”
“making use of my skills along with learning new skills”
“it feels fabulous to give something back”

There is to be an election workshop at The Boomerang Centre on the 22nd of April from 13.30 - 16.30.

This is a fun interactive and accessible session for learning disabilities and autistic people to find out how to vote in the up and coming Scottish Elections on the 7th of May.
