Dear Classic Car Enthusiast,
We are delighted to be contacting you to let you know we are open for bookings for the 2025 event weekend which will be held over the weekend of the 10/11th May 2025. As someone who has previously taken part or showed interest in taking part in past events we have included you in this email for next years event
The 2025 event will take place over the weekend of 10/11 May, with the Tour on the Saturday and the main event at Prescott on the Sunday. The 2025 event promises to be another memorable weekend to showcase your classic and drive the famous Prescott Hill.
The 2024 event was another great event and we'd like to thank everyone who attended for making it the event that it now is. The Rotary Club has now raised a total £400,000 from this event since it started in 2004 and this is thanks to all those who have attended along with the incredible range of classic cars that we have seen over the years.
So we are now open for 2025 bookings for all three elements, The Tour, Static Display and the Paddock/Hill Climb. We have modified our booking system for entry but entry fees remain the same as 2024 and we hope you'll agree this remains very reasonable for the experience you will enjoy. The entry fees for 2025 are; the Tour £30, Statics £25 and Paddock £70.
Conditions of entry remain unchanged i.e.
- Cars should be 25 or more years old (exceptions made for newer interesting vehicles)
- Cars must be road legal and drivers hold a current driving licence
- Anyone involved in the hill climb must be licensed by Motorsport UK (details later)
- The event is non competitive and untimed.

Realising that it may have been some time since you were last involved you may not wish to be included on these mailing lists going forward. If that is the case please reply to this note confirming that, and I will take you off. We do sincerely hope however that you will decide to join us in 2025 and we look forward to receiving your application.
Best Wishes
Roland Parsloe
