Changed Days Independent Advocacy Project for individuals with learning disabilities in West Dunbartonshire. West Dunbartonshire Mental Health Advocacy for people using menta

l health services in West Dunbartonshire. Argyll and Bute Mental Health Advocacy – Mid Argyll Hospital

Recovery Advocacy Project - for people in recovery from problematic alcohol and substance use in Helensburgh, Kintyre, Cowal and Bute. Rights Based Advocacy Project - in West Dunbartonshire for adults with a substance or drug misuse issue. Our advocacy service is free, independent, and confidential. It involves an individual (or group) being supported to speak up by independent trained advocacy workers.

Sam (our recovery advocate on Bute) had a great meeting last week at the We Are With You community hub weekly Tuesday meeting. Alienergy's representative on Bute took some of the members through some of the ways people can get help with energy advice financially as winter ramps up.

It's always great to come together with other services to support the local community.
Advocacy helps to get your voice heard and feel supported. To find out more about advocacy or make a referral visit www.laas.org.uk
