Janmashtami is coming! 💙🦚

We’re getting ready to celebrate Shri Krishna Janmashtami at Shree Krishna Temple in Dudley, and we’d love for you all to join us! 🙏

Friday 4th September
Janmashtami Bhajan & Kirtan after evening Aarti, followed by the midnight Aarti.

Saturday 5th September – 3pm
Malpoora Preparation

Sunday 6th September – 8am
Mahaparshad Preparation

Sunday 6th September - Satyanarayan Katha after morning Aarti, followed by Aarti & Bhajan, with mahaparshad served afterwards.

Thank you for all your help, support, and seva, and to everyone who has come along to share in the bhajans, spiritual stories, prayers, and joy over the first few days.

It has been wonderful to see so many familiar and new faces coming together as a community and making these evenings so special. 🕉️🙏

Kitchen Renovation Update – We're Nearly There! 🙏

We are delighted to share another update on the renovation of our temple kitchen, and we are so pleased with how far the project has come.

📸 As you can see from the latest photos, the transformation is almost complete. After weeks of hard work, we are now nearing the finish line, with just a few final touches remaining, including the installation of our new sink and the fitting of the tables.

This project has been the first major kitchen renovation since Shree Krishna Temple opened in 1983, and what started as essential repairs due to damp, health and safety concerns, and ageing appliances became a much larger project as additional work was uncovered.

Thank you to everyone who has donated, shared our appeal, and kept this project in your prayers. Your kindness and support have helped us reach this stage, and we are truly grateful.

Please continue to share our appeal with your family, friends, and the wider community as we work towards completing this important project.
