The Friends of Cotwall End are a group of volunteers who help maintain and promote the local natural area and wildlife. The more the merrier

The Friends of Cotwall End is an organisation of volunteers who live in and around the Cotwall end area. We help to promote and maintain the local natural area. We hold various tasks for anyone willing to help throughout the year, and hold a health walk on the 3rd Saturday of every month (as part of Dudley's Green Spaces for Health programme). We also hold an annual Easter egg hunt for the children and a Halloween walk through the woodland at dusk for those a little more daring. Any and all are welcome to come along to one of our many tasks or walks.

Why not join us on Saturday next week (earlier than usual to escape the hotter hours) for a bit of cutting back of weeds and brambles from our walkways. Stay as little or as long as you like between the start and stop times. Tools privided.

Around 5 horses have gotten out of the field at the rear of the nature reserve and there are some suspicious people hanging around the area. Does anyone know who owns or looks after the horses at all?

Join us this Saturday for a task. We are having a tidy up of the area known as the greenaway
