Celebrate stories, make friends and enjoy a fun night out with our crew 🖖 We hold our meetings on the first Friday of every month in the private function room of the Netherton Conservative Club (Halton Street, Netherton, DY2 0PJ). We're a casual social club so all you need to do is come along and the first visit is free (after that we charge £2.00 per adult (16+) per meeting and
children are free). We encourage new members to bring a friend to help you get settled in. The Conservative club has a bar service available for drinks and the usual snacks. The meetings open from 7:30pm and usually start about 8pm. While we're primary a Star Trek club all our members love and enjoy other TV series and films from classics like Star Wars, Stargate to more up to date Marvel / DC, Game of Thrones, Walking Dead etc... So everyone is welcome. We have a monthly 5 page newsletter/magazine available (£1) put together by our members sharing news from the last month, and covering the sci-fi / fantasy genres). Again members are encouraged to get involved. Our visiting members are from all over the midlands mainly Birmingham, Black Country and Wolverhampton areas. Most meetings we usually hold a quiz, which are varied as members are encouraged to host their own. Which opens them up to all sorts including general knowledge and music/audio quizzes. We also host a raffle.
