Update!

Hello all, this is a post for those of you that are booked onto the Blackpool trip.

We will be leaving from the fenspool community centre.

When you arrive you must come down to the centre and receive your coach number, then you can go into the centre and grab your lunch bags. From there you can make your way to your designated coach.

PLEASE BE AT THE CENTRE NO LATER THAN 8AM.

The coach will be Dropping us off at the SOUTH pier from there you will have the day to go off and do your own thing.

Collection- you must be back where the coaches dropped us off at by 6PM.

If your unsure wether or not a space has been allocated to you please check your inbox, you would have recieved a message saying “I can confirm your booking has been successful” if you haven’t received this message then unfortunately we haven’t been able to allocate you a space.

Please beware that it is your own responsibility to arrive to the coaches at the correct times, it is essential that you ensure this.

Please if you can’t make it to the trip let us know ASAP as these spaces can be allocated elsewhere, failure to notify us within a reasonable timeframe may mean that you will be blacklisted from future events.

Hello all due to the extreme heat we are experiencing today, we have decided for the safety and wellbeing of everyone that we are CANCELLING TONIGHTS BINGO!

unfortunately without Air conditioning we think it will be too much for everyone tonight. Sundays bingo will still go ahead as far as we know.

Hello all,

I just wanted to put a post out to remind everyone that we have a very long list of messages that need to be answered. Please bear in mind that if we open a message that you have sent for the BLACKPOOL TRIP and respond that will then take your message out of the correct order so when we come to book on the ones who messaged first we will not know who is who hence why we haven’t got back to you yet.

Also PLEASE DO NOT MESSAGE THE TRUSTEES OR VOLUNTEERS PRIVATELY ON THEIR OWN FACEBOOK. we want everything going directly through this page so it is all in one spot! Any bookings made through volunteers or trustees WILL NOT be added to the trip you MUST book through this page. THIS ALSO APPLIES FOR EVERYTHING whether it is to do with HAF or a PARTY or anything else you must come through this page or our email which is [email protected]

I do apologise about the long post but we need to ensure that we keep everything fair and in one spot. I know this can be frustrating but we are a voluntary run service and are not Avaliable 24/7 everything we do is unpaid and in our own personal time so please please please bear with us.

Blackpool Trip bookings.

Due to high demand of bookings I am NOT taking any further bookings at this time. If you have recieved a confirmation saying

“I can confirm your booking is successful” then you have been booked on.

If not then unfortunately I haven’t been able to book you on yet.

There may still be spaces available in the next coming days but please beware I will be prioritising bookings on a first come first serve so for those that have already messaged the page you will be considered first.

We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
