👑⭐️ A HUGE THANK YOU TO STUART BURCH & THE DRYMEN INN ⭐️👑
As we reflect on another fantastic Drymen Gala Day, we’d like to take a moment to recognise someone whose support for our event – and our village – never goes unnoticed.
Stuart Burch and The Drymen Inn have been incredible supporters of Gala Day, not just this year, but year after year. Whether it’s providing resources, offering practical help, supporting fundraising efforts, stepping in when needed, or simply being there whenever the committee calls, Stuart’s generosity and community spirit are second to none.
On Gala Day itself, Stuart could be found exactly where you’d expect him to be – not sitting back, but right in the thick of it, cooking burgers and hotdogs for the crowds. With the help of Eldon throughout the day, hundreds of visitors were fed, creating one of the busiest and most popular areas of the field.
What many people may not realise is that all of the burgers and hotdogs were provided completely free of charge, an incredibly generous contribution that helped make the day such a success.
The Drymen Inn is much more than a local business. Time and again, Stuart & Jen go above and beyond to support community events, local groups and village initiatives, always with enthusiasm, generosity and a genuine desire to help.
And their support for the community doesn’t stop with Gala Day. Tonight, The Drymen Inn are opening their doors specially for villagers wanting to come together and watch Scotland’s match, with kick-off not until 2am. It’s another example of the effort they put into creating opportunities for people to gather, connect and enjoy community spirit together.
Gala Day depends on the support of many wonderful people, but it simply wouldn’t be the same without Stuart and The Drymen Inn.
