Same bench. Same people. A decade of purpose.

The top photo was taken during our 5 year anniversary….

We were reflecting on the milestone of opening our 50th ANDYSMANCLUB group.

The bottom photo was taken today, back on Andy’s Bench, recording for our upcoming 10-year anniversary….

On our 10th birthday we will sit with 369 groups across the UK.

What started from pain, loss and a simple conversation has become a movement powered by thousands of volunteers, millions of conversations and one shared belief… it’s okay to talk.

Today wasn’t just about looking back at everything achieved over the last 10 years.

It was about remembering the WHY. Why we started. Why we keep going.

And what the next 10 years could look like….

Sitting on that bench today with Elaine, Andy’s mum and my fellow co-founder, was a reminder that although so much has changed and grown, the mission hasn’t.

We’re still here for the same reason we started.

To prevent unnecessary loss of life and give men a place to talk and be better men 💚
