Apart from our church ministries, we also partner with several other organisations to seek to help those who may be struggling with various aspects of life. These include, Christian Guidelines Counselling Services, CAP (Christians Against Poverty) Money Coaching S

ervices and Stauros (Christian Addiction Services). If you require assistance in any of these or other areas, please get in touch.

A huge thank you to everyone who supported our Big Breakfast fundraiser. Together we raised just over £1,600 for Stauros Recovery in Christ!

Every fry, cup of tea, donation, and conversation helped make a difference. Your generosity will support the ongoing work of Stauros as they bring hope, restoration, and freedom to people facing life's challenges.

We are also privileged to host a Stauros Community Group in Dromore Elim Church twice each month. Our next meeting is on Tuesday 24th June, if you are struggling with addiction you are more than welcome to come along.

One of the things we love about church is that we're not called to be perfect, we're called to be transformed.

This Sunday, Cheryl shared her story of God's faithfulness through some of life's darkest valleys.

Her testimony was a powerful reminder that God meets us in our brokenness, walks with us through the struggle, and leads us into freedom.

Wherever you find yourself today, know this:

❤️ God hasn't given up on you.
❤️ God's grace is sufficient.
❤️ There is hope in Jesus.

Join us at Dromore Elim Church on Saturday 30th May | 9:30am–12:30pm
great food, great company, and a great cause.

This event is especially close to home for us, as our own Cheryl Eagleson works alongside the team at Stauros. Cheryl’s story is one of hope, restoration, and God’s transforming power. After personally experiencing freedom from addiction and the support of Stauros during a difficult season in her life, Cheryl now has the privilege of helping others find that same hope and healing through Christ. ❤️

Stauros continues to make a real difference in the lives of individuals and families across our community, and every breakfast served will help support this incredible work.

So why not come along, enjoy a fry-up and a coffee, and help make a difference!

BIG Breakfast at Dromore Elim Church

Join us on Saturday 30th May from 9:30am–12:30pm for a morning of great food, great company, and the opportunity to make a real difference.

All proceeds from the breakfast will go to Stauros Recovery in Christ — supporting the incredible work they do in bringing hope, recovery, and restoration to lives through Christ.

The word “Stauros” is the New Testament Greek word for the cross of Christ. Stauros is called Stauros because they believe that a right relationship with God in Christ is the foundation of healthy, sober living. Stauros' experience is that Christ can set people free from addiction.
Although they recognize the validity of other routes to recovery, Stauros believes that faith in God through commitment to Christ, constituting a conversion experience, marks the beginning of a journey to recovery. They believe this because it has been their experience.

Whether you come for a full breakfast, a coffee and chat, or simply to support a great cause, everyone is welcome!
