What a brilliant afternoon at Impact Players 💜

It was fantastic to attend such an inspiring event and have the opportunity to showcase SistersIN, connect with others and be part of conversations focused on leadership, collaboration and impact.

A huge thank you to Lisa Strutt and Sinead Sharkey for organising such a fantastic event.

It was also lovely to catch up with Christine Rea and Effie O'Neill from Sport NI, alongside so many other familiar faces!

Days like this are a reminder of the power of connection and the importance of creating opportunities to learn from and support one another.

From mentors giving their time, to partners showing up, to the girls supporting each other, this is what that theme looked like in real life.

A brilliant story, written by members of our Mentee Marketing Team, showcasing the impact of SistersIN within Strangford College 💜

Through their Leadership Projects, students created initiatives that brought their school community together.

From the Buddies programme supporting younger pupils as they transition into secondary school, to a Film Club encouraging creativity and collaboration, these projects highlight the confidence and leadership our mentees have developed.

What stands out most is how these young women have become role models within their school, creating supportive spaces where others feel they belong.
