Suicide down to Zero Suicide Down to Zero was founded in 2014 in Northern Ireland. A suicide-safe world, where zero is the only acceptable number.

We work at community level to prevent suicide, reduce stigma, and support people to find help, hope, and connection.

A grease wheel and a six pack, with old friends, and connections that stand the test of time. There is no substitute. They are the connections that can pull us back from the brink of anything and can push on on to the places where we truly need to be. Rekindle, build them back up, they are there now, still strong. Go and pull them back in to you life. :)

Its never easy when you are a volunteer! We finally met up with the Wonderful Gavin from Plus2print. We are so grateful to him, his team and our community for all the support. I really feel when we work together, so much becomes possible. We are not alone, I feel that, and these connections are the greatest teacher. 🙏

Real connection in the most unexpected places. Up in the Ulster Hospital, a small support group formed from shared experience, some pain and a bit of fear. Incredible. ❤️🙏
