It was a wet morning at Downpatrick Community Allotments but our volunteers were kept busy.
With the majority of our baskets, tubs and window boxes collected by our customers we were able to get a start at planting out tomatoes and sweetcorn in our polytunnel.
Also managed to get twi varities of parsley transplanted.

It was a busy morning at Downpatrick Community Allotments today. Alot of our baskets and tubs were collected. Some very happy customers.

Plant sale Downpatrick Community Allotments tomorrow morning between 9am and 11am.
Beautiful: Begonia, pansey, viola, marigold, trailing lobelia, anthrinium and nicotina plants.
Stocks are limited so shop early to avoid disapointment.

Downpatrick Community Allotments is a great place to capture wildlife.
Lots of bees visiting our wildflowers and even had a Cinnibar moth in the poly tunnel today.
