Being a parent or carer is rewarding, but it can also be stressful. When pressure builds, disagreements can happen, and that's completely normal.

This free virtual workshop will help you understand how parental conflict can affect children and provide practical tips and tools to manage stress, improve communication, and create a more positive environment for your family.
