Are you searching for something more meaningful than your daily routine?

Consider Freemasonry. We are a community where men come together to grow, give back, and forge genuine friendships with those who value honesty, kindness, and self-improvement. It’s not about wealth, status, or background; it's about becoming a better man through shared experiences.

We build confidence, learn from each other, support good causes, and uphold a centuries-old British tradition that remains significant today.

Many men are seeking a place to invest in themselves, whether it's forming lasting friendships, pursuing personal growth, or finding purpose through community service. All it takes is a willingness to learn, contribute, and connect with like-minded individuals.

If you’re over 18 and eager to be part of a community making a positive impact, Freemasonry might be what you’re looking for.

East Kent Freemason Tackles Arctic Ultra for Charity

Rob Wilkinson, a Freemason from Broadstairs and member of Porta Sapientiae Lodge No. 9429, recently completed the Lapland Arctic Ultra, a 500km self-supported race across the Arctic, to raise funds for Kent Search and Rescue and Foreland Fields Special Needs School.

The challenge tested both physical endurance and mental resilience, and Rob sees it as a reflection of the values at the heart of Freemasonry: service, commitment, and supporting the local community.

At the time of writing, he has already raised over £4,500 for these causes.

“We meet as Masons free and true, and when our work is done, the merry song and social glass is not unduly won.

And only at our farewell pledge is pleasure mixed with pain - Happy to meet, sorry to part, happy to meet again.”

W.Bro Roy Skelton PProvGReg passed to the Grand Lodge above on the 25th of December 2025.
