Our beautiful, clever, artistic and loving Daughter Kelly is only 16yrs old. Up to October 2015 she was fit and well and enjoying a happy and fulfilling life. October 2015 she was diagnosed with Cancer - "Desmoplastic small round cell tumor (DSRCT) is an aggressive tumor that typically begins in the abdomen or pelvis. Considered a pediatric cancer, this rare type of soft tissue sarcoma is diagnose

d in about 20 adolescents in the United States each year." She's been well cared for by The Royal Marsden, Sutton UK with 9 rounds of chemotherapy which has responded well, but because there are tumours close to her Liver they're not prepared to carry out any Surgery. We are asking for second opinions from The University College Hospital @ London, The MSK @ New York and possibly Christies @ Manchester. If Surgery can be carried out and it's in the USA we are not covered by their insurance system so we'll have to find funding. If Surgery is not possible then any money raised will go to DSRCT research @ The Royal Marsden UK. Please support our Kelly, we so want her to have a normal, long & fruitful life. Christmas, Kelly's Birthday, the day she passed, fireworks night etc... are all Annual reminders of her being in our lives, this is Annually sad / celebratory times.. Conclusion being we were honoured she was in our lives for her 17 years... just so need to fundraise in order the Institute of Cancer Research discover a Chemo or Cure for DSRCT Cancer that took Kelly's life.

It's today,6th November 2017 we lost our gorgeous Kelly to DSRCT.. we still, in memory of Kelly, try to fund research for a targeted Chemo or cure for DSRCT Cancer. Trying desperately.. please help us, Www.justgiving.com/kellyturnerfoundation2017 We miss our Kelly badly.. thanks, Linda and Martin.
