Christchurch and District Band A fun, friendly band with a wide range of music from classics to toe tappers. If you play a brass or woodwind instrument come and join the Town Band.

Welcome to the Town Band of Christchurch, Dorset, UK. We are a community concert band and welcome players of all ages and abilities. Rehearsals are every Tuesday from 7.30pm til 9.30pm at the Somerford Arc, Christchurch. Our aim is to spread music throughout our community, encourage musicianship for all ages and demonstrate how integral music is to our well-being; either by performing or listening

. We welcome lapsed or current musicians. If you are thinking about joining us, please call 07974 320122 after 5pm for chat. You will then be invited along to a rehearsal to see if we are right for you. YOU CAN ALSO BOOK US - CALL US TO DISCUSS.

We've had a fantastic end to our year tonight, at the Barton on Sea Methodist Church with our Annual Christmas Concert.
Thank you all who came, and thank you to the Methodist Church for having us back again.
The band goes from strength to strength, and we look forward to resuming rehearsals again in the New Year.

Christchurch Town Council Christchurch Online for those of you lovely people who braved the weather to listen to our music in the pouring rain, we thank you and hope you enjoyed our performance. :-) Don't forget, you can have some more of us at our Christmas Concert at Barton on Sea Methodist Church 13th December. You will find a link to get tickets on our main FB page, or turn up on the night. Just £6 each.

We will be playing traditional Christmas songs and carols from 12:45 to 13:25.
